Method 1: Paper Strip (Most Accurate)
- ▸Cut a thin strip of paper about 10cm long
- ▸Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger
- ▸Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen
- ▸Measure the length in millimetres
- ▸Compare to the chart below
Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring
- ▸Find a ring that fits the correct finger
- ▸Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in mm
- ▸Use the chart below to find your size
Tips
- ▸Measure at the end of the day — fingers are slightly larger in the evening
- ▸Cold weather shrinks fingers — measure in warm conditions
- ▸For wide bands (6mm+), go half a size up
- ▸If between sizes, choose the larger size
